PURPOSE:To stabilize a power system, by locking a device based on a defective transmission judging signal and unlocking only self system. CONSTITUTION:Upon occurrence of defective transmission between systems A and B, system A receives a defective transmission signal from a defective transmission judging circuit 16A through a receiving circuit 14 and outputs a device lock signal 18A in order to lock output of a trip signal 19. The defective transmission signal transmitted from system A is received by an independent command circuit 20B in system B. When the independent command is received by a generator selecting circuit 13B, a generator output value and generator data G1 are not set in a transmission circuit 15B to system B thus transmitting no data to system A. A comparator 17B selects a system B generator output value and the generator data G1 in preparation for frequency rise. If frequency rises at this time, trip commands 19 are provided to generators in systems A and B to cause malfunction, but the device in the system which detected defective transmission is locked and operation is continued through the other system, thus providing a highly reliable system. |
