VARIABLE NOZZLE DEVICE FOR RADIAL TURBINE

PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in the performance of a turbine by providing an annular disk plate by means of a distance piece which projects from the nozzle attaching surface of a nozzle part. CONSTITUTION:An annular disk plate 16 is provided by means of a distance piece 5 which projects from the nozzle attaching surface 2a of a nozzle part. A piston ring 17 for sealing is interposed between the annular disk plate 16 and a supporting surface 2b on the side of a gas outlet guide cylinder 7. Thereby a space between a nozzle blade end and the annular disk plate can be minimized, to enhance the performance of a turbine.
