PURPOSE:To improve the safety and reliability of system apparatus by connecting a temperature reducing device through a cooling water flow regulating valve to a bypass pipe line branched from a water supply pipe. CONSTITUTION:A reheater 30 for reheating exhaust from a high pressure turbine 7a to supply the reheated steam to a low pressure turbine 7b is provided in an exhaust heat recovering boiler 6. A temperature reducing device 33 is provided in a low temperature reheating pipe 29 connected to the reheater 30 to be connected through a cooling water flow regulating valve 32 to a bypass pipe line 9a branched from a water supply pipe 9. When exhaust gas temperature is higher than that in the stationary running during the partial load running of a combined cycle power plant, a portion of condensed water branched from the water supply pipe 9 is controlled by said regulating valve 32 while being sprayed by the device 33 connected to the reheating pipe 29. Thus, the inflowing steam temperature of low pressure turbine 7b can be lowered, so that the end point of said turbine 7b can fall within the humid region. |
