PURPOSE:To reduce the number of working steps and progress the softening and upgrading of finished products by master-molding an urethane resin mold and a silicon resin mold by turns from a master mold, of which the soft-piled part of trim skin is set with plastic or metallic pile, to make a mold-master, casting a ceramic material to make a forming mold and vacuum-molding a molding trim. CONSTITUTION:Initially, a metallic or plastic pile 4a is made to be a master to form a master mold 4, and then urethane resin mold 5 and silicone resin mold 6 are molded by turns and the silicone resin mold 6 is made to be mold- master. Then, a ceramic material made by kneading ceramic powder, iron powder, metallic fiber and binder are kneaded together in the ratio of 4:4:1:1 is cast-molded, dried and burned to make a ceramic mold 3. This mold has pores 3a all over itself to be a highly permeable ceramic mold, and by vacuum- molding a molding trim using the ceramic mold as female mold, a soft pile 2 are satisfactorily set on a vinyl chloride skin material 10. |
