PURPOSE:To quicken the switching speed by turning on a transistor(TR) connected between a base and an emitter of an output invert TR with an input voltage changes from L to H. CONSTITUTION:A TR T8 connected between the base and emitter of the output invert TR T7 and an AND circuit 3 are provided. With an input voltage VIN going from L to H, the TR T7 is not instantly turned off by a charging electric charge of a parasitic capacitor C of the base and emitter and an output voltage VOUT is at an L level. The output level of the AND circuit 3 goes to H for a period only while the input voltage VIN is at H and the output voltage VOUT is at an L level to turn on a TR T8. As a result, the charging electric charge in the parasitic capacitor C of the TR T7 is discharged instantly via the TR T8 and the TR T7 is turned off and the output voltage VOUT goes to H. Thus, the switching speed is quickened. |
