PURPOSE: To perform good kneading without leaving flour in a bonded state by providing two opposed ribs protruding inwardly from the side wall of a bread baking mold and arranging both ribs at the shortest distance from a rotary shaft and forming the crossing part of the upper ends of both ribs and the side wall surface of a bread baking mold into a sharp taper shape and mounting kneading blades left and right symmetric in a cross-sectional shape to repeatedly perform forward rotation, stop, reversal rotation and stop. CONSTITUTION: Two mutually opposed ribs 33, 34 inwardly protruding from the side surface of a bread baking mold 7 are provided to be arranged at the shortest distance from a rotary shaft 12. The crosssectional shape of a kneading blade 11 is made symmetric left and right to repeatedly perform forward rotation, stop and reversal and the time ratio of forward rotation and reversal is made almost equal. Further, the crossing part of the upper ends of the ribs 33, 34 and the side wall surface of a bread baking mold 7 is formed into a sharp taper shape with an angle (θ) of 20 deg. or less. By this constitution, kneaded balls respectively enter regions A, B, C, D to be equally kneaded and flour is not left in a state bonded to the entire surface of the inner wall of the bread baking mold 7.
