PURPOSE: To smoothly detach the outer blade frame by fixing fix a support point boss to the round hole of an outer blade frame without play by inserting the support point boss of a blade frame decorative plate to the round hole of the outer blade frame, fixing it and projectingly providing the support point boss obliquely downwards to a support point boss formation surface. CONSTITUTION: The support point bosses 21a and 21b of the blade frame decorative plates 20a and 20b are passed through the round hole 22 of the outer blade frame 6 and fixed and T-shaped ribs 24a and 24b formed at the knob parts 23a and 23b of the decorative plates 20a and 20b are loosely fitted to the recessed parts 25a and 25b for fixation of the outer blade frame 6 and adapted outward detachment stoppers. The support point bosses 21a and 21b are formed obliquely downwards with an angleα(<90 deg.) to the formation surface 20c and the play is not generated between the blade frame decorative plates 20a and 20b and the outer blade frame 6. At the time of detaching the outer blade frame 6 from a mainbody case 1, when the blade frame decorative plates 20a and 20b are pressurized, projections 26a and 26b pressurize blade frame buttons 17a and 17b, the blade frame buttons 17a and 17b and engaging holes 27a and 27b are disengaged and the outer blade frame 6 is easily detached when the outer blade frame 6 is pulled to the upper part of the main body case 1.
