PURPOSE:To obtain light, firm, elastic and synthetic resin base material at low cost by a method wherein a synthetic resin parallel pipe member that is made up of several pipes connected in parallel and takes a form of a long strip form plate is arranged in the form of a grid and the cross part is fixed to form a plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of long strip form parallel pipe members 2 made up of several pipes 1 connected in parallel are manufactured by extrusion molding of polypropylene or other synthetic resin. These parallel pipe members 2 are arranged in parallel at a fixed interval on the plane, many parallel pipe members 2 are arranged in parallel at a fixed intervals on said plane along the direction intersected at right angles to the parallel pipe members 2 on the lower side. The lower parallel pipe members 2 and the upper parallel pipe members 2 are welded into each other at doubled and crossed parts 3 in a flat plate form. In this manner, a light, firm, elastic synthetic resin material can be obtained. |
