PURPOSE:To maintain the strength of connection when connection terminals with different thicknesses are connected with conductive memranes of the same thickness by providing plural conductive ways of bridge pass FPC for each line of two terminals opposing each other. CONSTITUTION:The connection terminal 5 of a printed circuit board 3 and the connection terminal 6 of an electric part 4 opposing each other are made into a pair, and connected by conductor ways of bridge pass FPC 1 through an anisotropic conductor membrane 7. The connection terminals 5 and 6 are different in the thickness owing to the respective part size, and the both heights are different when they are placed on a same plane. As the anisotropic conductive membrane 7, the membrane of even thickness is used. The conductive ways 2 are formed plurally, three ways to a set of connection terminals, for example, and by increasing the contact area of the bridge pass FPC side, the shortage of the contacting strength resulting from the different thickness between the connection terminals is compensated, and the reliability of connection is improved. |
