PURPOSE:To form a coil of a material concerned directly of raw material powder or of a mixture of said material powder by applying paste of ceramics system superconductive material powder on the surface of a heat-resisting supporter so as to form a ceramics system superconductor layer by sintering followed by a cutting process of this superconductor layer in order to paint the coil. CONSTITUTION:Superconductive material powder, for example, preferably microparticles having a grain diameter of 5mum or less are dispersed in a suitable liquid medium, for example, at the concentration 5-60wt.% to prepare paste. Then, the paste of the superconductive material powder to be obtained is applied to the surface of a heat-resisting supporter, dried and sintered in order to form a superconductor layer on the surface of the heat-resisting supporter. As the heat-resisting supporter, a substance having a suitable shape for manufacturing a coil of a desired form is used. Next, the superconductor layer formed on the heat-resisting supporter is given a cutting process to remove a needless part and to survive a desired coil shape so as to paint the coil of the desired shape. Thereby, the coil can be formed directly of ceramics system superconductive material powder or of a mixture of said raw material powder. |
