<p>PURPOSE:To attain stable waveform shaping at all times without malfunction by allowing a switch circuit to turn on or off when an input signal is made stable in a state that an output signal of a comparator circuit is to be in an H or L level. CONSTITUTION:When the input signal from an input terminal 18 is made stable in a state that an output at an output terminal 19 is to be in the H level, a switch circuit 13 is turned on by an output of an amplifier 17. Thus, a potential VN2 of a node N2 is lower than the potential VN1 of a node N1 by IBR. Even when the input signal is made stable in a state that the output signal of the waveform shaping circuit is to be at H level, the output signal of stable H level is obtained from the terminal 19. On the other hand, when the input signal from a terminal 18 is made stable in a state that the output from the terminal 19 is to be at an L level, the circuit 13 is turned off by the output of the amplifier 17. Thus, the current IB from a constant current source 11 flows from the node N2 to the node N1, the potential VN2 is higher than the potential VN1 by IBR and even when the output signal is at an L level and the input signal is made stable, the output signal of the stable L level is obtained from the terminal 19.</p> |
