PURPOSE:To enhance the printing accuracy, by warping a nozzle plate to the opposite side of a base plate, and bonding the nozzle plate while pressing the same to the base plate. CONSTITUTION:For example, nickel is electroformed to be a flat nozzle plate 26. When the nozzle plate 26 is annealed for one hour at 160 deg.C, the nozzle plate is warped to the side opposite to a contacting surface thereof with a base plate 20. The inner stress of the nozzle plate 26 can be also removed by the annealing treatment. When the nozzle plate 26 is placed onto the surface of the base plate 20, and pressed, for example, at the bonding portion thereof towards the base plate 20, the nozzle plate 26 is deformed in a manner to resolve the warpage, that is, into a flat plate along the surface contour of the base plate 20 since a diaphragm 28 at the center of the nozzle plate 26 is in contact with the surface of the base plate 20. Then, the base plate 20 and the nozzle plate 26 are bonded by a bonding agent 29, whereby an inkjet head is obtained. |
