Metal moulds are assembled by means of bolts and nuts with a cap having an injection hole for cement mortar. The mould are fist erected with the broad side panels straight up and with the cap coming to the top to be injected with mortar. The moulds with mortar are placed on a vibrator first in a way of the sides up and then are laid with the sides on the vibrator floor to be hardened by vibration in order. The hardened tiles in moulds are cured and dried for use with removal of moulds.
