PURPOSE:To increase strength against tension of a lead in a lead connecting section, and to improve reliability to the moisture resistance and heat resistance of a lead leading-out section by coating one part of a metallic film in a photoelectric conversion section with a conductive film, exposing one part of the surface of the conductive film from a protective film and fixing an output leading-out lead in a conductive manner. CONSTITUTION:Copper conductive paints capable of coating solder are applied at each three position at intervals of approximately 50mm on aluminum electrodes 4 on opposed sides in thickness of 10-30mum through a screen printing method in areas of 7mm width and 10mm length and conductive films 10 are formed, lead leading-out sections 7 in a 5mm square are exposed onto the films 10 and the whole is coated with a protective film 6 composed of an silicone resin, and leads 8 having a diameter of 0.5mm is brazed with solder 9. A low- temperature curing type at 100-200 deg.C is preferable as the copper conductive paints. |
