<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve delamination resistance and water absorptivity of a laminate through the properties of a cured product, by using a specified compound as a diamine component in a polyaminobisimide resin containing an unsaturated bisimide component and a diamine component. CONSTITUTION:This polyaminobisimide resin contains an unsaturated bisimide component and a diamine component, wherein said diamine component comprises 1,3-bis(2-p-anilinopropylidene)benzene of formula I and/or 1,4-bis(2-p- anilinopropylidene)benzene of formula II. As said unsaturated bisimide, a compound of formula III is used. In formula III, D is a bivalent group containing a C-C double bond, and A is a bivalent group containing at least two carbon atoms.</p> |
