PURPOSE:To efficiently mold various plastics by a method wherein the relationship between the pressure resistance of molten plastic applied to a nozzle valve and the flow rate of the molten plastic passing through the nozzle valve is made variable and variable throttling amount is fixed in accordance with use conditions. CONSTITUTION:Multi-paths are employed for the path of molten resin so as to change the inside diameter in each path in order to give different flow path resistances, resulting in allowing to change the flow rate of molten resin by selecting one of said paths. A positioner 15 has bellows 15a and 15a' installed in it so as to move a valve rod 15c having a plurally of orifices 15b and 15b', the bores of which are different from each other. The position of the rod is regulated by controlling the amounts of fluid in the bellows 15a and 15a' and, after that, fixed by fixing bolts under the state of being regulated, resulting in accomplishing the object in regulating the flow path resistance by the use of different orifice or by throttling. |
