PURPOSE:To eliminate poor conduction, by providing a through hole in a ceramic board, introducing a superconductive material into the through hole, baking said superconductive material, imparting electric conductivity to the through hole with the superconductive material, and ensuring the conduction of the through hole by a simple working method. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic board, in which a through hole 2 is provided at a desired position of the ceramic board 1, is placed on a horizontal plate 5. Powder of superconductive material 3 is made to sprinkle on the ceramic board 1 uniformly. Vibration is imparted to the board 1, and said powder is introduced into the through hole 2. The board 1 is compressed with a press so that pushing force is applied on the powder in the through hole under the state said powder is uniformly applied on the board 1. The through hole 2 is filled with the superconductive material 3 in the compressed state. When the excessive powder on the surface of the board is brushed off and removed, the board, in which the superconductive material 3 is held only in the through hole, is obtained. When the board is baked, a ceramic circuit board 4, in which conduction is imparted to the through hole with the superconductive material, is obtained. |
