<p>The mehtod includes the following stages: illumination of asector of the product surface by a focussed light beam, measuringthe reflexion R1 of the sector, measuring of thetransmitted/emitted light from a second sector fitted between theopposite and the side sections of the product, measuring of thetransmissivity T, illumination of the second sector by anotherfocussed beam, measuring its reflexion R2 and calculatingtranmissivity Tm of the interior of the nondestructed product onthe basis of which its internal quality is determined. Thephotometric chamber for the product inspection (1) at threedifferent wavelengths consists of housings (2 & 3) containinglight sources (4, 4a & 4B) and opticoelectronic components ofthree optic channels - one for measuring the reflexion of thesector (18) and two channels (A & B) for measuring thepermissivity Ta & Tb and reflexion R2a & R2b of sectors (23A &23B) of the surfaces of the products. The radiation of one of thesources (4) is continuous, and of sources (4A & 4B) is pulsatingin time so that the division of the signals from the ninephotodetectors occurs time-pulse and frequency type when thecomputer processes 15 information signals and one logical signalfrom the synchronization photodetector (44), controls sources (4A& 4B) and classifies and/or grades the product according to itsinternal quality.6 claims, 3 figures</p> |
