PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and the manufacturing costs of an in-line pump apparatus and to increase the corrosion resistance of the same, by forming a casing by a plurality of passage forming molds, and forming passages by injecting resin by use of these metal mold groups and then drawing out the molds. CONSTITUTION:A casing 6 is formed with a passage A extending coaxially with a discharge opening 6c, a passage B consisting of a passage B1 extending substantially coaxially with said passage A and a passage B2 extending substantially perpendicularly to said passage B1 and expanded in the opposite direction of a motor 1, and a passage C which is communicated at one end thereof with the passage B2 and at the other end with a suction opening 6b and extending straight with inclination. These passage A, B and C are formed by injecting a resin by use of metal mold groups consisting of the molds for forming the passages A, B, C and then drawing out the molds. Therefore, it is enabled to reduce the structural parts as compared with the conventional arrangements. |
