PURPOSE:To manufacture a separator excellent in preventing permeation of anode active material like silver ion and others by neutralizing a graft- membrane obtained by graft-polymerization with alkali hydroxide aqueous solution and thereafter cleaning it with mixed solution of specified water soluble organic solvent and water. CONSTITUTION:(Meth)acrylic acid is graft-polymerized with ethylene-(meth) acrylic acid copolymer membrane which is used as a base material. Thereafter the graft-membrane of said ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer is neutralized with alkali hydroxide aqueous solution. The graft-membrane neutralized in this way is then cleaned with mixed solution of water and water soluble organic solvent. Organic solvent like alcohol system, ketone system, carboxylic acid system and others is used for the water soluble organic solvent like this. |
