Dietetic composition as a substitute for table salt comprising 40 - 50% potassium chloride, 15 - 25% sodium chloride, 15 - 25% of one or more calcium salts, 8 - 15% of one or more magnesium salts, and optionally 0.5 - 2.5% of anti-agglomeration agent(s) and 0.5 - 2.5% of a flavor enhancer.
