Electronic alarm system for premises requiring a temperature regulation, with an electronic alarm circuit, controlling the temperature, and a time delay delaying the sending of an alarm signal when the temperature exceeds an authorized temperature range, the alarm circuit including memory storage and/or detection means as a function of which the sending of an alarm signal is delayed or not delayed, these means being a memory containing the times of possible access to the said premises, a memory containing indications of the times of changing of the unit price of the electric current, a detector of the position of the access door, a detector of the periods of defrosting the said premises. A maximum temperature is stored in memory, triggering the alarm automatically without taking account of the time delay. A main box with indicator lamps indicates the temperature within the said premises. <IMAGE>
