<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a four wheel steering device by providing an actuator for moving a second swingable member from a reverse phase position to the same phase position with respect to the fulcrum point of a first swingable member. CONSTITUTION:A first swingable plate 10 is secured at one end thereof with an actuator 16 having a drive shaft 16a adapted to perform a rectilinear motion in a direction crossing the line connecting between the ends 10a, 10b of the plate 10. The front end of the drive shaft 16a is coupled swingable to one end 13a of a second swingable plate 13. Further, a control device 18 controls the feed amount of the drive shaft 16a of the actuator 16 in accordance with a detection signal from a speed sensor 17 for detecting a traveling speed of a vehicle.</p> |
