The invention relates to a device for controlling the displacements of selected threads in a textile machine, particularly, but not exclusively, in lace machines. It is characterised in that: - each control means comprises a pusher 16 guided in translational movement in a bore 82 which, at its base 83, is connected to a pipe 11 for the supply of pressurised fluid 9, connected to a source 10 of pressurised fluid 9, - interposed on each pipe 11 is one of the valves 13, each provided with their own electrical control circuit 15, - the electrical control circuits 15 are connected to the output of electronic means 14 selecting the needles to be actuated, - interposed on each circuit 15 is a means 17 holding the valve for a time necessary for transmitting the control of the other valves. The method is used in the mechanical construction industry and especially in the textile equipment industry. <IMAGE>
