发明名称 DETECTION OF DESTRUCTION OF CERAMICS JOINED BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a method which exactly detects the destruction of the joined part of a ceramics joined body by separating and detecting the AE generated by the destruction and deformation near the joined part and quantitizing the same. CONSTITUTION:A copper plate 3 is interposed between a ceramics member 1 and a metallic member 2 and the respective joined surfaces are joined after a Ti-Cu-Ag brazing filler metal is inserted between said surfaces, by which the ceramics-metal joined body 4 is obtd. AE converters 5 are mounted on both end parts of the joined body 4 and a tension test is carried out. The results of the test reveal that the AE occurring in the destruction begins to be generated from fairly before the breaking stress until finally the breakage arises while the generation frequencies of the AE are increased. The generation position of the AE is specified by subjecting the arrival time difference between the respective AE converters and the detection waveforms to original waveform analyses, by which the AE signals occurring in the destruction and deformation near the joined part are separated and the separated AE is analyzed. The start of the destruction and the process for the breakage are thereby exactly evaluated.
