PURPOSE: To provide many uses of a wall panel by assembling unitized sanitary equipment on the wall panel with a width dimension modulated in a plurality of systems to form modular-assembly and constructing it and the floor panel on a floor body in order. CONSTITUTION: Width dimensions (a, b) of wall panels P1 to P3 having a width (a, b) and a height (h) are modulated. Required number of hand washing place assembly A1 provided with a counter unit U1 with washbowl 1 on the wall panel P1 and toilet assemblies A2 , A3 provided with units U2 , U3 integrating a urinal 4 or a toilet stool 5 with pipe panels 6, 7 on the wall panels P1 , P3 are manufactured. A floor van having (a×1) or (b×1) size is attached to the assemblies A1 to A3 to form a modular block, and these modular blocks are constructed on a floor body Fb inside a building in order by applying waterproof construction to constitute a toilet T. Consequently, it is possible to cope with various dimensions by ready-made parts only.
