<p>PURPOSE:To improve the dye-affinity of the title composition by using the photocurable resin composition composed of a diazide compd. and a polymer compd. obtd. by co-polymerizing specified two kinds of monomers. CONSTITUTION:The diazide compd. is incorporated in the polymer obtd. by co-polymerizing the monomers shown by formulas I and II, as an effective component, as a photocrosslinking agent. In formula II, R<5> is H atom or CH3 or C2H5 group, (n) and X are each an integer of 1-4. Namely, the portion shown by formula II contd. in a copolymer plays a role of holding the copolymer on a color filter forming substrate by allowing an active hydrogen atom contd. in a pyrolidino ring of said portion to react with a diazide compd. obtd. by decomposing with a light irradiation, thereby crosslinking it resulted in making the copolymer insoluble to a solvent. When the resin composition is cured, the net-work structure of the copolymer is formed so as to allow a dyestuff molecule to easily come into a resin. Thus, the good dye-affinity of said resin composition is obtd.</p> |
