<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of a travel mechanism and to improve the detecting precision of a travel state by observing visually and rapidly aberration of a reproducing tracing tracks of a head from standard tracks through the use of an oscilloscope on a real time basis when the travel mechanism is adjusted. CONSTITUTION:The head 11 is fitted to a rotary cylinder 12, and a tracking signal recorded in the tracking position of a magnetic tape 1 is reproduced. A synchronizing signal detection circuit 13 detects a synchronization detection signal on the track and a counter 15 counts an output pulse. A pilot amplitude detection circuit 14 detects the amplitude of a pilot signal, and plural tracking circuits 101-119 detect tracking information from the output of the circuit 14. With the output of the counter 15, a distributor 16 distributes the output of the circuit 13 to the circuits 101-119, and tracking detection is prompted. The outputs of the circuits are smoothed 201-219, and an output switching circuit 17 switches the smoothed outputs by the output of the counter 15, whereby the tape 1 is driven.</p> |
