PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an organic resin coating from being broken, improve fabrication property, and prevent gas or the like from being generated from the resin coating by forming the organic resin coating containing a polyester resin with specific tensile strength and elongation on the surface of the single surface of an aluminum alloy plate with a specific drying film thickness. SOLUTION: With an organic resin coating, a polyester resin coating is preferably obtained using a polyester resin paint due to application property, solvent-resistance property, oil resistance, and mechanical property. The tensile strength of the organic resin coating is 1.0 gf/cm<2> or larger and is preferably 1.0 gf/cm<2> or larger. Its elongation is 30% or more and is preferably 50%. Also, the organic resin coating can be obtained by blending, for example, a melamine resin to the polyester resin as a curing agent, blending an epoxy resin as needed for preparing for a coating agent, by application, and then by heating and curing. The drying film thickness of the organic material coating is 1-15μm and is preferably 5-15μm.
