<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet through which a decorative plate whose appearance is favorable can be manufactured easily, by a method wherein a resin solution of the normal temperature is applied to the backside of a decorative sheet comprised of printed pattern paper through a direct method and then an adhesive agent layer is formed by heating and drying the same. CONSTITUTION:Printing, for example, of a pattern of the grain of wood is performed on a sheet of thin paper formed of a pulp fiber to which, for example, cationic acrylic resin has been adsorbed by forming the same. Then a decorative sheet comprised of printed pattern paper having a surface protective layer is obtained by curing curing type urethane resin applied to a printing surface. Then a solvent type urethane resin is applied to the backside of the decorative sheet at the normal temperature and the decorative sheet having an adhesive agent layer on the backside is obtained by heating, curing and cooling the same. The hot pressure contact of the decorative sheet to a particle board is performed by making use of the adhesive agent layer in the backside of the decorative sheet. With this construction, a decorative plate which is free from generation of peeling or creases or buldges between the printed pattern paper and adhesive agent layer, and has a favorable quality, is obtained.</p> |
