<p>PURPOSE: To reduce an electrical resistance among equal standardization sizes by providing Amenda-type current path at a metal layer provided on one surface of a support. CONSTITUTION: A thin metal layer 1 is provided on the maximum surface of a sheet-shaved support and contact surfaces 2 and 3 Amenda-type current path DR are formed by a separation cuts 4 and 5 where both maximum surfaces are extended vertically to or in parallel with a direction 6 of flow of a fluid. The main direction of the DR is set vertical to the direction 6 of flow and each width of the DR is increased according to the increase in the DR from a flow-in side edge 7. Further, current path systems R1 and R2 that are connected in parallel by the cut 4 are formed and the cut 5 is asymmetrically arranged to make identical the electrical resistance, thus decreasing filament power density in the DR according to the increase in the distance of the DR from the flow-in side edge 7 and reducing a response time when the speed of a fluid to be measured changes. Also, an extremely small electrical resistance can be achieved when maintaining or improving the uniformity in temperature distribution on the support and in the size of an equal standardized support.</p> |
