<p>PURPOSE:To enable the title method to make a small curvature by improving bend processing properties, by a method wherein bending and adhesion processing of a decorative sheet to a core material is performed by heating and pressurizing a coating surface by coating the surface of the decorative sheet with a composite of an aqueous solution of POVAL and fiber cloth. CONSTITUTION:A surface layer obtained by impregnating a thrust plate obtained by slicing thin a precious wood with melamine resin, and a backside layer obtained by impregnating kraft paper with phenolic resin are used as a decorative sheet 1 by laminating them to each other. An aqueous solution 2 of POVAL is used by controlling viscosity by adding a surface-active agent such as a softening agent or an anti- foaming agent or a mold release agent to an article of a low-degree of polymerization comprised of a complete or partial saponified matter. A glass fiber is used for fiber cloth 3. Then the fiber cloth 3 is covered, for example, the surface of the decorative sheet 1, to which the aqueous solution 2 of the POVAL is applied through dropping and coated as a composite by drying the same. Then a coated surface is heated with a heating device 6 and bending and adhesion processing of the decorative sheet 1 to a core material 4 is performed by a pressing machine 7 through the coating cloth 3. A bent and processed product comprised of the surface of the decorative sheet is obtained by removing the cloth 3 and POVAL 2 after that.</p> |
