MULTIPURPOSE PULLEY FOR BOOSTING WELL SUCKER-ROD PUMP UNIT

FIELD: operation of wells in gas and oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: pulley is made in form of cartridge with bottom on rear end; nozzle part is made in form of wedges equidistant over circumference which are locked against axial displacement relative to drive member of drive and connected with bottom of cup-shaped pulley by means of joint loaded by thread. Loading straight-way and slot are made respectively in the center of nozzle part on its surfaces of engagement with pulley and drive member. Width of slot on wedge corresponds to width of backing. EFFECT: reduced usage of metal and low expenses for manufacture; ease in maintenance; possibility of mounting pulley directly on acting drive pulley of oil-well sucker-rod pump unit, thus excluding jobs for dismantling pulley and mounting it anew. 5 dwg
