A steering device for a multi-axle vehicle with at least one steerable axle has wheel hubs (3, 4) which are mounted such that they can pivot about steering pivots (8, 9) and to which there are rigidly attached track arms (6, 7). The track arms (6, 7) are connected to each other by a track rod (5) which is approximately parallel to the axle. A motor actuator (10) is used to swivel the wheel hubs (3, 4). In order to provide a steering device which can be manufactured economically and is of a simplified construction, it is proposed to attach the motor actuator (10) in an articulated manner exclusively to arms (13, 7 and 13, 14) connected rigidly to the wheel hubs (3, 4). The motor actuator (10) has at least one longitudinally rigid rod (11) which can be extended out of the motor actuator (10). <IMAGE>
