PURPOSE:To produce a desired table with a simple operation regardless of the size of an input column by changing the size of the row or the column of the input column in case of no coincidence is obtained between the input information and the size of the corresponding input column when the information is supplied to the input column of a display means. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 which controls totally a document processor is actuated by a program stored in a program area 2a of a memory 2 and the document information under editing is evolved into a document area 2b. This evolved image data is displayed on a CRT 4 via a VRAM 3. In this case, the characters produced by a character pattern generator 5 are limited to the full size types or the 1.5-fold types as large as full size to secure the coincidence with the size of the area 2b. A transparent pressure-sensitive touch panel 6 is set at the front of the display screen of the CRT 4. Thus the position information is supplied to the CPU 1 with a finger touch of an operator to the panel 6. In this respect, a keyboard 7 used for input of various information is connected to the CPU 1 together with an external memory part 8 like a magnetic disk, etc., and a print part 9. |
