PURPOSE:To allow the output of an operation processor to obtain high reliability during program execution by estimating the reliability of the output signal of an arithmetic processor according to the output result of a program, comparing the degree of the reliability with a reference value and judging normality and abnormality. CONSTITUTION:The output result of five programs 23 is sent from an output preparing part 24 to an NVP manager 27 at every operation to obtain this result. This NVP manager 27 controls a table by accounting, analyzing and estimating the data of the output result. The NVP manager 27 sends the degree of reliability of each case of the output preparing part 24 at every constant period. In the output preparing part 24, comparison with the reference value given in advance is executed and when the degree of reliability is over the reference value, an output signal to a line 25 and a normal signal to a line 26 are respectively outputted. Then, when the degree is under the reference value, an abnormal signal is outputted to the line 26. The NVP manager 27 supervises a rate to output the abnormal signal. |
