<p>PURPOSE:To set the temperature characteristic of a constant current depending on its purpose by selecting two specific resistances. CONSTITUTION:An emitter of an npn transistor(TR) Q6 is separated from an emitter of an npn TR Q5 and connected to ground via a resistor R4 and npn TRs Q7, Q8 are provided, whose bases are to the emitter of the TR Q6. Emitters of the TRs Q7, Q8 are connected to ground via a common resistor R5 and the collector of the TR Q7 is connected to a base of the TR Q6 and the collector of the TR Q8 is connected to a positive terminal VCC via a resistor. Thus, the temperature coefficient of the constant current IO is adjusted depending on the resistors R4, R5. Thus, the circuit where the temperature characteristic of the constant current IO is set depending on applications is easily obtained.</p> |
