PURPOSE:To facilitate the replacement work of filters by detachably inserting a partition plate between casing parts having been divided into two parts both in front and rear, and by detachably fitting filter assemblies in the plurality of holes formed in this partition plate. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 21 dividing the inside of a casing 11 into two partition chambers 23, 25 is provided between the respective inlet and outlet side casing parts 11a and 11b in which ring-shaped flanges 17, 19 to be tightened with each other are provided at the respective butting end parts, and filter assemblies 27 are detachably fitted inside two openings 21a provided in this partition plate 21 respectively. Each filter assembly 27 is of such a structure as the circumference of a ceramic filter 33 is covered by a metallic cylinder 37 via a cushioning material such as a heat expansion seal and a wire mesh, and by tightening the doughnut-shaped flange 39 provided around the central part of the cylinder 37 around the opening 21a by means of bolts and nuts 41 or the like, it can be detachably fitted to the partition plate 21. |
