<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of production processes by applying resin baking on a screw part for the height adjustment of a guide member in a tape drawer, and attaching a locking effect on it. CONSTITUTION:The tape drawer 4 is positioned at respective position by a positioning member 5 in a state where a magnetic tape 2 is housed, and the height of the magnetic tape 2 is regulated by the guide member 6 so that it can be fed keeping prescribed height for a cylinder 3. And the guide member 6 is constituted so that its height can be adjusted by an adjusting screw part 8 for a base member 7 to absorb variance in the individual size of the cylinder 3, the positioning member 5, the base member 7, an the guide member 6 itself, etc. Furthermore, the baking processing of nylon based resin 9 is applied on two parts in the adjusting screw part 8, which produces the locking effect of a screw. In such a way, it is possible to eliminate the management of the half locking state of a setscrew, the baking of the setscrew from a side, and work of release, which reduces the number of production processes.</p> |
