PURPOSE:To enable positioning and processing of a work in each process to be performed easily and automatically by performing each process in such a way that a work is carried through the first and second carrier paths with the work mounted in a work holder. CONSTITUTION:A work supplied from a loading conveyer 6 is mounted in a work holder carried by a guide 4 by a mount equipment 7. After that, a label 48 used as a mask at the time of flaming is pasted on both sides of a work 42 and a work holder 41 by using label paste equipment 8a and 8b. A work with a label for a mask pasted is supplied together with a work holder to a flaming equipment 1 at the end of the first carrier path 2. A work in which electrodes are formed on portions where labels are not pasted by flaming Al metallicon, etc., using a flaming equipment 1 is carried along a guide 5 of the second carrier path 3 together with a work holder. After that, it is removed from the work holder by label peeling equipment 32a and 32b, and is supplied to the next process through an unloading conveyer 33. |
