In a device for manufacturing plastic molded parts, at least two reaction components in a liquid state are mixed to form a reaction mixture injected into a mold nest (18) of a molding tool consisting of at least two detachable parts (12, 14) and cured to form the molded part (32). At least one mold core (22) for producing a through hole (34) in the molded part (32) and which penetrates the mold nest (18) when the molding tool is closed is arranged in the tool part (14). A resilient sealing washer (28) is arranged in the wall of the second tool part (12) in the region of the stop position of the mold core (22), into which it penetrates when the molding tool is closed. The through holes so formed are free of mold marks, which dispenses with the need for additional work cycles and special tools for subsequent removal of mold marks.
