PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and system for electronic mail summary transfer and display which extract only important sentences from an electronic mail text and transfers and displays the summary result on a mobile terminal and the storage medium stored with the electronic mail summary transfer and display program. SOLUTION: The electronic mail is received, its header information and electronic main text are extracted from the electronic mail to generate a header for transfer from the header information, and the electronic mail text has morphemes analyzed and is divided into sentences; and sentences including important expressions are extracted as important sentences from the electronic mail text divided into the sentences, and the header for transfer and important sentences are transferred to the terminal and displayed on the terminal.
