PURPOSE:To shorten characteristic stability time after the closing of a power source, by arranging posts made up of an insulation base section and a conducting film formed on the surface thereof to lower an absolute value of a temperature rise at the posts. CONSTITUTION:Hot wires 4f and 4g cause a change in a gas rate from the unevenness of a gas and as a change in the gas rate is proportional to an angular velocity, the change is detected as temperature difference between the hot wires 4f and 4g. Since insulation base sections 4b'-4e' composing the posts 4b-4e are made up of ceramics, resin and the like, heat transmitted from the hot wires 4f and 4g is transmitted to a conducting film 4l in which a heat conductivity is higher than the base sections 4b'-4e'. In this case, viewed from a total surface area/total capacity of the film 4l, as the film 4l is large, a temperature rise is limited with a better radiation characteristics. This allows a shorter time in the stabilization of a rising characteristic when a power source is closed to obtain a stable operation. |
