PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling and reduce the cost without requiring the precision of components by making a casing movable in the eccentric direction of an outer rotor and connecting a pump plate and a base plate with pins. CONSTITUTION:A casing 14 is provided between a base plate 11 and a pump plate 15. An inner rotor 12 and an outer rotor 13 with the rotating center decentered from the rotating center of the inner plate 15 are arranged in the casing 14. The casing 14 is made movable in the eccentric direction of the outer rotor 13. The pump plate 15 and the base plate 11 are connected with pins 16. The assembling is thereby facilitated, and the cost is reduced without requiring the precision of components. |
