The auxiliary activating means for electrically adjustable lock devices, in particular on motor-vehicle doors, exhibits a lock cylinder (3) which can be turned by a key (1) in a fixed housing (2). For mechanical actuation, said lock cylinder is to be connected, via a drive device, in a rotationally fixed manner to a driver (4), which can pivot about the axis of the lock cylinder (3) and can be fixed by an arresting device, and, after the arresting device has been released, is to be pivoted together with the driver (4) connected to the lock device via a linkage. The arresting device is formed by a blocking body (ball 9) which can be automatically radially shifted in a through-passage opening (10) in a wall section of the housing (2) and, in the blocking position, projects, by one end, into a depression (11) in the driver (4) and, in the release position, projects, by the other end, into a radial cutout (12, 12') which runs in an adjustment region in the circumferential direction and is located in the lock cylinder (3). <IMAGE>
