Edge band adhesive-bonding device for gluing plastic edge bands, coated with hot-melt adhesive, on wooden edges, having a roll receptacle for holding the rolled-up edge band, a roller for deflecting the edge band to be glued and guide rollers for guiding the adhesive-bonding device on the object to be equipped with the edge band, the roll receptacle (10) being mounted on a mandrel (14) which is attached to a first housing half-shell (12), the guide rollers being formed by two first rollers (14), inserted into the first housing half-shell (12) and rotating in the plane thereof, and two second rollers (16), arranged at right angles to the first rollers (14), and an opening (20), formed partly in the first housing half-shell (12) and partly in a second housing half-shell (30) attached to the first housing half-shell and intended for receiving the head of a hot-air device, being provided. <IMAGE>
