<p>PURPOSE:To easily and safely perform work of anchoring a through wire to be anchored on both sides by connecting the base part of a pair of telescopic fixtures by a hinge to a base bed, which can be mounted to an electric pole, connecting a wire receiver, which accepts the electric wire and supports it, to the tip of each telescopic fixture and supporting it. CONSTITUTION:By adjusting each telescopic fixture 12, 13 in its length on a base bed 15 mounted to an electric pole 2, an electric wire receiver 11 is enabled to move. And hooking the wire receiver 11 to an existing electric wire supported to an existing supporting arm 4 and insulator 5 on the electric pole 2, an electric wire is left as safely supported to an arbitrary position or moved to a necessary supporting position in no relation to the supporting arm 4 and the insulator 5.</p> |
