Process for the production of glossing soap from SENICULA MUKOSSI fruits

In this process, the fruits which consist of shell and kernel are broken and the kernels are screened off from the shells. The shells with the active substances are then ground to a powder which is mixed with cold water and softened. The resulting aqueous solution is boiled with superheated steam. The resulting soap paste is filtered to remove shell residues. The soap paste is then dried to a powder or flakes. It can also be compressed to soap. Before or after the drying, additives such as colours or perfumes are added. The soap paste can, however, also be processed, after the thickening, to a cream, gel or shampoo. The particular advantage of the glossing soap according to the invention is the good compatibility with skin, the easy biodegradation after washing because it comprises natural substances, the excellent washing power and the gloss formed after the washing on the surface of the materials.
