摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain prescribed P-ROM write voltage and P-ROM source voltage by boosting the P-ROM write voltage and the P-ROM source voltage by stages. CONSTITUTION:To write prescribed data on a programmable read only memory (P-ROM)1, an address signal 4, a data signal 5, and a voltage generating control signal 23 are outputted from a P-ROM writer control part 2 to a voltage generating part 22, and the P-ROM write voltage 8 and the P-ROM source voltage 9 are stepwise boosted until the prescribed voltages can be obtained at the D/A conversion part of the voltage generating part 22. And the P-ROM address signal 4, the data signal 5, and the control signal 23 are written on the P-ROM1 from the P-ROM writer control part 2 at a prescribed timing according to the write system of the P-ROM1, respectively, and such write is performed for a prescribed number of times of write bytes. In such a way, it is possible to generate the prescribed P-ROM write voltage and P-ROM source voltage easily.
