PURPOSE:To enhance a photosensitive body in sensitivity and durability by incorporating a specified compound. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive body is incorporated with the hydrazone compounds represented by formula I in which R<1> is optionally substituted aryl, or the like; each of R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, X<2>, and Y is H or the like; X<1> is halogen or the like; n is an integer of 0-4; and p is 0 or 1. This compound is ready to accept injection of electric charge carriers, high in charge transfer performance, chemically stable, and rich in durability against electric load, thus permitting the obtained photosensitive body to be high in sensitivity and stability at the time of repeated uses. |
